Whole Melt V7 Dual Chambers Design

The Whole Melt V7 takes the dual-chamber idea and pushes it to a full 2g fill: two isolated tanks in one body, each on its own coil, with a switch that moves the draw from one chamber to the other. Nothing crosses between them, so a citrus profile in chamber A does not creep into chamber B. Every device we supply is empty hardware – unfilled, with no oil, e-liquid, nicotine, CBD or THC inside.

What the two chambers are for

A single-tank disposable forces a choice. Either the brand sells one profile per device, or it blends two profiles and accepts that the customer cannot have one without the other. A dual-chamber body removes that trade-off: the brand prints two named profiles on the same pack and the customer chooses at the moment of the draw.

That is the whole commercial argument for the design. It doubles the number of profiles a single SKU can carry without changing the packaging format, the carton or the shelf footprint.

What the design changes for filling

A dual-chamber body is a harder fill than a single tank. Each chamber has to be filled to the same level, the intake on each side has to take the same oil without one side wicking faster than the other, and any air left in the chamber shows up as a weak draw on that side only. Buyers running V7 bodies on a line usually fill both chambers in the same pass and cap inside the same window, which keeps the two sides behaving identically.
